“You’ll be here a while
So, about 7:30-8:00am-ish this morning Dr. Campbell came in my room during his rounds. He told me that the baby is growing and that’s a really good thing. But where she’s still only 2 pounds, she’s still a little too small for his likeing. And he said, “You asked me yesterday how long I thnk you’ll be here, well you’re going to be here a while.” I was like “Oh, joy.” lol That’s really all he said to me.
Last night was pretty rough. the shots they give me make me really shaky, make my heart race really hard, and jittery. Well apparently they are making me sick to my stomach too, because I was up until about 2:00am trying to throw up. That sucked really bad. I felt like if I could have just thrown up I’d feel better. Never happened though and I’m not the kind of person that can force myself. Lol…
I’ve slept on and off all day where they gave me meds to keep me from throwing up. Mom said I look a lot better, that my color is better and everything where I finally got to rest a bit. Apparently I was really pale and stuff before.
I just wanted to update everyone on how I’m doing and I wanted to also say thank you to every one who has sent me comments and messages. You don’t understand how much I appreciate all of your kind words. Some make me tear up a bit.
Well they are switching me rooms where I’m going to be here for a long time, so I gotta get off here for now so mom can pack up my computer.
Thank you again everyone and I will keep you updated.

A little too anxious
So, night before last I started having really bad contractions that lasted from around 9:00pm until I finally fell asleep around 4:00am. I was still having them, but not as bad, yesterday, so my mom took me to my doctor in Prestonsburg. They monitered me for contractions for about 15 minutes, and I wasn’t having any so they were just going to send me home. My mom asked them to check my cervix where I had dialted to about 1 when I was like 24 weeks or so. And thank Goodness she did, because when they checked they said I was dialted 2-3. EEK! So needless to say they called the doctor *neither of them were there* and she told them to get me to Lexington ASAP. They asked me if I wanted to come by ambulance or if I wanted my mom to bring me, and I told them I’d rather mom bring me. So, we went home, mom packed *they wouldn’t let me move* I said goodbye to dad, Bre, and Cam and we came on do wn.
When we got here last night they checked me and said 2-2 1/2 was what I was dilated, my cervix is really soft, and it’s 70% thinnened out. Blah.
So Dr. Cambell came in this morning at about 6:30am-7:00am and told me I’d be here at least 4-5 days, and maybe even longer. I could be in here for weeks, to even until she’s born!!! Joy. I just hope I’m not in here on Christmas!!
Shew, but I’ll stay here as long as I need to if that means my girl will be safe and healthy. I have my computer here though, so I’d say I’ll be on 24/7 haha
I am feeling a little better. The contractions aren’t even half as bad as they were the other night, but I’m still having them some. They just keep me on the momitor and have me pushing a button everytime one starts.
I got an ultrasound of her now though!
They came and did one and I got a picture of her!!
I took a picture of it with my cell so I could put it on here lol
Here’s my girl today: *29 weeks*
And I was planning on having my baby shower Saturay, already had everyone invited and everything now am going to have to cancel.
I’ll be here until further notice. Joy. lol
Well I’ve been writing on this for a couple hours, I think I’m done for now. I’ll update again when I find more out.
Please pray for me and my baby girl.
